Sparkling Peach

Sparkling Peach wine takes Jersey Freah peaches to a new level of flavor in an exciting bubbly format. Made by the traditional Chanpagne method, peach wine was re-fermented in the bottle with special "champagne" yeast. This fermentation created carbon dioxide pressure which gives the wine its 'bubbles." After fermentation, the yeast was disgorged (removed) and a dosage od sweetened concentrate added to produce a semi-sweet sparkling wine. Bright, refreshing and loads of fun.
