This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine was produced using the traditional methods and aged for 18 months in American oak barrels. This wine is full bodied and excellent to taste. However, these flavors can be enhanced with sharp cheese. The cabernet will soften and increase in comlexity over the next two years. (750ml. - 12.0%)

Made from 100% Merlot grapes and aged in American oak barrels. This Merlot has blackberry, chocolate, and deep earthy flavors. Fruity, soft raspberry flavors will develop sa this wine matures. (750ml. - 12%acl.)

This wine is made from the famous Rhone varietal. It is black in color and has a flavor of earthy pepper. A good food pairing for hearty beef dishes. (750ml. 12%acl.)
